It's Mobile Fighter G Gundam, which is pretty great! Highly recommend it if you have any interest in gundam or mecha in general, it's a really fun watch with a few twists and turns along the way

I've never played it, but funny you should mention it I learned of it's existence yesterday. Never played an Alex Kid game before so it's definitely one of my blind spots in terms of classic game series I've played.
